the 25th Jubilee of the Strathaven Balloon Festival.

This limited-edition Tasting Set brings together our two special festival releases in a perfect gift pack. It's an ideal way to explore and compare two unique whiskies, each telling its own story.

This set includes:

The Dailuaine 12 Year Old Single Malt
A rare gem from a Speyside distillery, this single malt was matured in an ex-bourbon cask and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. Only around 2% of Dailuaine’s production is bottled as single malt, making this a truly special expression.

Nose: Caramel, zesty grapefruit, and hints of sun-dried bananas, dates, and sweet frangipani.

Palate: Malty grain flavours, vanilla oak, citrus, spice, and notes of creamy fudge, baked apple pie, and hazelnuts.

Finish: A medium finish that leaves a pleasing, fresh citrus fruitiness.

The 14 Year Old Blended Malt
A beautiful blended malt, carefully curated to be a flavour playground. It was matured in American Oak barrels and finished for nine years in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Puncheons.

Nose: Icing sugar and Parma violet, with butterscotch, ripe banana, and dark chocolate toffees.

Palate: Manuka honey, hot baked apples, and warm oak tannins, with notes of white pepper, blackcurrants, and a hint of menthol.

Finish: An oily finish with a lingering dark chocolate, espresso, and dark fruit flavour.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is UK only, by Royal Mail. It is free on orders of £50 or more; below that, the cost is shown at checkout. Collection from Netherfield House is free.

When will it arrive?

We dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No. We only deliver to UK addresses.

Can I collect?

Yes, free, from Netherfield House, Glassford, Strathaven ML10 6TB. Choose collection at checkout; your order is usually ready within 24 hours. Please bring photo ID.

Returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason: email info@thenetherfield.com, then send the bottles back within 14 days. You pay the return postage. We refund the price and the delivery charge you paid, up to the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. If a bottle has been opened, we may reduce the refund, up to the full price of that bottle. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you notice it: we refund it in full and cover the cost of sending it back. See our returns policy.
