We liked reading that Linkwood still honors traditional techniques that have been passed down for generations. We love that they use worm tubs for cooling the spirit which adds depth and richness to the whisky. We are passionate about preserving history, something we are doing at Netherfield. When we received a sample from the cask we were interested, we were delighted and immediately bought it.
