This wonderful 13-Years Old blended malt was discovered when they were searching for a new addition to our cask collection.
Typically, we look for interesting single malts, but when we were sent a sample of this, we were blown away. The rich character that has been developed with an extended eight-year finish in Pedro Ximenez Puncheons has stunning complexity. Having spent 20 years living in China this is the sort of whisky that we first fell in love with. That's why we decided to have it bottled in the first release of The Netherfield.
