Bringing the Netherfield brand to life was never meant to be easy, nor should it have been.
From the start, our ambition was rooted in more than just good design. We wanted to create something that felt lived-in, thoughtful, and worthy of the land it comes from. A brand that honours the legacy of Netherfield Estate while doing justice to the remarkable whisky we curate.
Every decision—from the first sketches to the final label—was driven by one purpose: to create a whisky brand that feels true.

At Netherfield, every detail matters.
We knew this wasn’t just about bottling whisky but about shaping an experience.
From the label's tactile feel to the glass's curve, each design choice was made with care and intention.
Even the bottle itself tells a story. Its custom form pays tribute to 1776, the year Netherfield House was built. That date is more than a number — it’s the foundation of everything we do. When you hold it, you hold a piece of the past, refined for the present.

True design inspiration didn’t come from mood boards or market trends — it came from just outside our door. The symmetry of the Georgian house, the texture of old stone, the muted hues of Scottish weathered wood and moss — all of it shaped our creative direction. Our brand palette reflects the land’s seasonal tones: warm taupes, misty blues, soft creams, and earthy greens. It’s not just beautiful — it’s honest. Netherfield isn’t just a name. It’s a place. It’s the soul behind every drop.

Our brand is more than a logo or a label — it’s a layered system of storytelling.
The typography echoes traditional printing with a modern sharpness.
The foil accents nod to age-old craftsmanship.
Even the tone of voice—warm, wry, quietly confident—reflects who we are.
This wasn’t rushed. It took time, collaboration, and a great deal of whisky to get perfect. And we’re proud of what we’ve built: a brand that balances elegance and restraint, history and innovation.
